1. Our mission as a private CRO
The FTH is a CRO with 25 years of experience, focused on its clients, with multidisciplinary work teams. Supported by one of the largest groups of clinical pharmacologists in Spain. Our mission is to achieve each and every clinical trial on time, as cost-effective as possible and with the highest quality, guaranteeing their success. Through our Teófilo Hernando Foundation Institute (IFTH) and its close relationship with different Spanish universities, in particular, with the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), we have access to a wide network of hospitals in Spain.
We prioritize the well-being and safety of the patient, offering comprehensive management of services as CRO. Our Clinical Research Department works with the Pharmaceutical Industry in conducting clinical studies in various therapeutic areas for the development of new drugs and medical devices.

5. We are a unique CRO with a social projection, prioritizing the patient's health
We complement clinical trials with the development of training programs focused on 1) drug R&D; 2) basic, pre- and postdoctoral research projects, scholarships and contracts; and 3) dissemination activities such as workshops, publications, congresses and conferences.
6. Other activities
We have collaborated in pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness studies; Registration studies and data entry; R&D Scientific Meetings in collaboration with an extensive network of hospitals.
7. Programa TH Observatory
We are also especially interested in collaborating with Independent Investigators / Leading Clinical Researchers from the 27 EU states with the aim of preparing project proposals (trials / clinical studies) to be financed by funds from the European Commission (Horizon Europe calls – Health framework). Our Program is extended to collaborate jointly with partners from the United States of America and Canada.
